There might be some good news after all.. Hopefully it won’t be me keep asking the valuers and directors for things to do.. Mr Tan may need me to do research for him but there are no resources avaliable in the company to do so.. Chee Leong suggested to him that I can actually work from NUS as the resources are all there for me to take.. This might meant that I do not have to come to office and work after all.. WOAH~~
But I really hope that this has got to do with valuation as that’s the whole point why I am here in this department.. To learn more about real estate valuation.. I won’t say that I am good at it.. But going out on inspections help to know what are the things that a valuer has to look out for.. What are the realistic constraints that a valuer might faced on the job.. It is not as simple as it is.. Not just taking a few photos and write up a report.. There are lots of considerations that one have to take note while doing a valuation..
Hopefully, I get to go for other kinds of inspections such as factories and vacant land.. HDB valuation would be nice as well.. Do more valuation report and get a chance to do a mock valuation as well.. Do some of the number churning in residual method..
