Something seems to be not functioning properly with my camera.. The service personnel said there is something wrong with my main board.. Perhaps it is factory defect as it is brand new..
Just wondering whether can they exchange mine for a new one..
Well.. Will see tomorrow as the part just arrived and I am bring it down to get it fix.. Maybe i can ask the staff whether can or not..
But i must say canon has brilliant service.. Quite proactive and quick to reach to their clients’ call. I called them just now in the afternoon asking about whether the part has arrived as the person handling it didnt call.. Less than 5 min later the guy called back and apologize for not calling sooner as the part just arrived.. I must say i am quite impressed..
Putting that aside.. Hopefully they can get my camera fixed.. Better yet.. Change me a new one..
